What we do?
We are a manufacture of needle punched felt, in Polyester, Polypropylene, Acylic, Aramid, P84, Glassfiber, PTFE, and the multi fibers, we do the finishment for the needle felt with water&oil repellent finish, antistatic finish, PTFE coating, Teflon latex pregnancy treatment, PTFE membrane laminated, glass woven silicon finish, glass woven graphite finish. We sew the filter bags for pulse jet system, for air reverse system, we are manufacture the cages fit for the bag and the steel cell plate. We sell high performance sewing thread such as Aramid, Glassfiber, PTFE yarns, we high performance PTFE fiber, basalt fiber, china-made PPS fiber. We weave our own scrim, we sell the multi high performance high tensile strength scrim.

How about the delivery and packing?
One 20ft container can contain the 500gsm needle punched felt in 5500 linear meter on the standard width of 2.1 meter. We packing the needle felt by rolls in 100 meter or 50 meter per roll, or according to your orders. We pack the rolls firstly by plastic membrane to avoid the water &　moisture, then PP snake skin woven fabric outside to make the strength. For one container needle felt, it usually takes two weeks to manufacture after the order and down payment. For the filter bags, we pack it by thick paper box, 45cm * 55cm* 68cm, one box can contain approximately 65 meters tube of the normal 120mm diameter bags. We also have the plastic film inside the paper box to avoid the moisture. 1000 bags can be ready to ship in two weeks after the formal order.

How about the quality control?
We test the felt 5% of the total, test the thickness, the weight, the tensile strength, the elongation, the air permeability, the shrinkage, the spot on the surface and so on, if one the items do not come up to our standard, we will not let the good go out from our factory. All the goods leaving our factory with the quality certification attached.

How about the sample sending and the banking terms?
For the small samples like A4 size samples, we offer the samples freely, but you have to pay the courier service, for the big samples, like 1 or 2 square meter, or some high performance filter bags, we need collect the sample fees from you but we promise you to refund the money when we get the order more than USD20,000.
As the payment terms during the business, for the new customer, we insist the down payment 30%, and the balance when shipment action. And for L/C is also acceptable. For the old and continuous running clients, the payment term is discussable.
