What is a FMS filter bag?

Flumex filter bag is a filter bag made of composite materials. FMS filter cloth is mainly made of alkali free glass fiber as the processing substrate mixed with P84 fiber, PPS fiber or aramid fiber. It is made of a high count composite fiber yarn which is divided into velvet and needle punched to form FMS needle punched felt. Afterwards, the filter bag is made by sewing FMS needle felt.

What are the special production processes for FMS filter bags?

The FMS filter bag is made of FMS needle felt. The most traditional FMS needle felt on the market only requires acupuncture, singeing, heat setting, and rolling before use.
