What is a Basalt filter bag?

Basalt filter bag is made of a new type of high-temperature and efficiency filter material with reasonable structure and excellent performance. It is made of high count rock fiber filaments that are divided into velvet needles. It is composed of continuous basalt fibers, glass fibers and high silicon dioxide content.

The basalt filter bag fills the gap in the high-temperature 350 ℃ synthetic fiber needle punched filter material bag. It has great heat resistance, flame retardant ability and anti-corrosion effects.

It has three fiber porous structure with high fiber porosity, low gas filtration resistance and higher filtration efficiency than woven filter material .The filtration speed is also about twice that of woven filter material.
