What is a nomex aramid filter bag?

The aramid filter bag is made of 100% polyester raw material. According to the characteristics of working conditions and usage requirements. Different production equipment and manufacturing procedures are adopted. A mixture of aramid fibers with different denier numbers through needle punching is made. Afterwards it undergoes from singeing, heat setting, and rolling to produce aramid felt with high filtration performance and efficiency. Then it is sewed to form a traditional aramid filter bag.

The aramid filter bag is made of aramid needle felt. The most traditional aramid needle punched felt on the market only requires needle punching, singeing, heat setting, and rolling before use.
