What is a Reverse filter bag?

The anti-blow filter bag is just a type of filter bag used in anti-blow dust collectors, which can be made of polyester and fiberglass etc. The most commonly used material on the market is fiberglass. In the reverse airbag compartment, dirty air flows from the inside to the outside, causing dust to accumulate inside the filter bag. The filter bag is tubular, with an opening at the bottom and connected to the tube plate. They are supported from the top using a J-bolt spring or J-bolt suspension system. Airflow is reversed to initiate bag cleaning. The anti-collapse ring is sewn on the outer side of the bag at intervals of 3 to 4 feet to prevent complete collapsing of the bag during reverse air cleaning. In offline mode, filter bags are cleaned one compartment at a time.

Glass fiber woven felt bag is a kind of filter material with reasonable structure and good performance. This filter bag has the advantages of glass fiber fabric such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, minimal elongation and shrinkage, and high strength as well as having a single fiber, three-dimensional micro porous structure with high porosity.
