Material:

P84 (polyimide) high temperature resistant needled filter felt:

P84 needle punched felt is made of P84 fiber through three-dimensional needle punching. P84 fiber has great high-temperature resistance reaching up to 260 ℃ . The cross-section of P84 fiber is irregular leaf shape, which greatly improves the filtration effect. The fiber also has a certain degree of resistance to hydrolysis and oxidation.

Singed, calendered, heat set, water&oil repellent coated, blending conductive

Characteristics:

P84 high-temperature resistant needle punched filter felt filter material has the following three significant characteristics:

1. Significant temperature resistance

The operating temperature is 260 ℃, but there is a safe space to cope with shutdowns and unexpected events.

2. Good chemical resistance

The filtration value of P84 filter bags for acidic waste gas and alkaline dust is good.

3. Low backwash pressure and high rebound cake removal efficiency

The P84 characteristics are significant due to the fineness of the fibers themselves. The irregular fiber cross-section maximizes the surface area of the fibers, providing many small pores, making the surface filtration effect superior to deep filtration.

The dust only stays on the surface of the filter felt and cannot penetrate through the filter felt, so the backwash pressure is low and the filter cake detachment efficiency is significantly improved .Hence providing excellent collection efficiency of fine powder particles and small operating pressure difference.
