1. The PP in the filter bag is a non-toxic, tasteless, milky white, highly crystalline polymer which is one of the lightest varieties of all plastics presently. It is particularly stable to water and has water absorption of only 0.01% per 14h . The molecular weight is about 80000 ~ 150000, with good formability and good surface gloss.

2. PP material of the filter bag has high crystallinity and regular structure, so it has excellent mechanical properties. It’s strength, hardness and elasticity are higher than those of high-density PE.

The outstanding feature is the resistance to bending fatigue (7 × 10 ^ 7) times of opening and closing are folded and bent without damage marks. The dry friction co-efficient is similar to that of nylon, but not as good as that of nylon under oil lubrication.

3.PP has good heat resistance with a melting point of 164 ~ 170 ℃ . The product can be sterilized at a temperature above 100 ℃. It does not deform at 150 ℃ without external force .

Embrittlement is - 35 ℃ and will occur below - 35 ℃, but the heat resistance is not as good as PE. However, the liquid polypropylene pp filter bag is a good temperature resistant.

4. Liquid polypropylene pp filter bag has good chemical stability. In addition to being eroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid. It is relatively stable to other chemical reagents and has good anti-corrosion effect. However, low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons can soften and swell PP.
