Needle punched polyester fabric filter bag
Polyester filter bags have high strength and wear resistance, can withstand the impact of high-speed airflow, are resistant to chemical corrosion such as oil, acid, and alkali, and have good temperature resistance. They are suitable for high-temperature dry and wet dust collectors. However, polyester cloth filter bags are not suitable for high concentration gases such as acid and alkali.
Non woven needle punched felt polyester filter bag
Polyester dust collection bags are suitable for both wet and dry dust collectors. The surface of the polyester dust removal bag is smooth, and it is not easy to adhere dust particles. The dust removal effect is good, but the temperature resistance of the polyester dust removal bag is relatively poor, and cannot exceed 120 ℃.
Woven glass fiber filter bag
Fiber glass filter bags are suitable for dust removal of high-temperature flue gas, with good temperature resistance, reaching over 280 ℃. At the same time, glass fiber filter cloth bags have good acid and alkali resistance, but their strength is poor and they are prone to wear and tear.
