Applicable range and working condition of PTFE dust removal bag
The filter bag is applicable to the separation of gas and powder objects. It has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, etc. The filter material is widely applicable.
Special instructions: PTFE dust filter material is not suitable for the separation of gas and material containing water. When using, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the filter material is free of dewy liquid, and the temperature of the treated gas must be above 20 degrees of dew point, otherwise it is easy to increase the operating resistance of the filter bag and seriously reduce the service life.
Structural features of PTFE dust removal bag:
1. The self-lubricating property of PTFE surface. PTFE has a spiral structure and weak intermolecular attraction, which makes the friction coefficient of PTFE relatively low compared with other polymers.
2. The surface performance of the material, i.e. the work done by the solid and the liquid in contact, PTFE is very easy to repel the liquid in contact with it
3. The solubility of materials and PTFE is relatively poor, so the possibility of adhesion is smaller
