Filtering principle of bag filter

Time : 2023-06-27 Hits : 1

The bag filter is mainly used for filtering in the fields of medicine, chemical industry, electronics, bioengineering, cosmetics, food and beverage. It can also be called the bag filter element, which has no du property. So, how much do you know about the filtering principle of the bag filter.

Now, the small editor of Guolin Environmental Protection will focus on this aspect to deepen everyone's understanding of it. Let's have a look.

First of all, we need to know that different bag filters with different characteristics use different filter media. The common one is RFPT, which uses hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter membrane, suitable for filtering solvent and corrosive solutions, and filtering air and gas vents. Also, RFPP bag filter uses hydrophilic polypropylene (PP) filter membrane, which is suitable for reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration prefilter, ink filtering, etc. Suitable for filtering aqueous solutions and solvent samples. The RFPN bag filter uses nylon membrane, which is characterized by fast flow rate and low extractable substance level. The pre filter medium containing glass fiber can be selected, which can prolong the service life of nylon membrane, and is suitable for filtering large volume samples and hard to filter samples.

Product features:

Steam or ETO can be used to pressurize, heat and eliminate du;

Hydrophobic polypropylene film and polypropylene shell are corrosion resistant;

Durable, low pressure drop, high flow rate, and long service life of bag filter;

Wide applicability.

In addition, the product has various shapes and sizes of interface forms (thread, hose, pagoda, buckle, etc.), which can meet the requirements of various adapters; And filter membrane. It adopts a unique laminated structure and the working principle of circular flow passage. Compared with conventional filters, its residual volume and particle shedding are low. Connect the hose to the inlet and outlet respectively, open the exhaust port at the top, pay attention to the fluid direction, and pass in the filtrate. When the filtrate fills the filter and extrudes all the air, tighten the exhaust port of the bag filter. When the filtering process results, open the exhaust port at the bottom of the filter to discharge the remaining filtrate.
