As air often leaks into the bag chamber from its shell, the temperature of the bag chamber will be lowered, so that the internal gas temperature is lower than the dew point, and the dust removal filter bag will be wet. The dust will not appear fluffy, but will adhere to the dust removal filter bag, blocking the fabric eyelet, causing dust removal failure, the pressure drop of the dust remover will become larger, excessive pressure can not continue to operate, and some will also produce dust removal filter bag paste bag can not remove dust. To prevent condensation, the temperature of the gas in the dust remover and its system must be kept 25~35 ℃ higher than its dew point (for example, the dew point temperature of the kiln grinding machine is 58 ℃, and the operating temperature should be above 90 ℃), so as to ensure the good use effect of the dust removal filter bag. The measures are as follows: take appropriate heating measures. If the far infrared electric heater and electric heater are set in the dust remover, or the radiator is added in the bag room, the flue gas temperature of the host can be appropriately increased. The temperature monitoring of dust remover and dust removal system shall be strengthened to master the operating conditions of bag type dust remover and prevent condensation.

Reduce air leakage, air leakage in the gaps of the dust remover body, and air leakage of the dust filter bag body should be controlled below 3.5%. The air leakage of the process equipment in the dust remover system, such as the air leakage of the closed ash discharge valve at the discharge port of the ball mill, the air leakage of the closed ash discharge valve under the dust remover, and the pipe flange connection, are often ignored by the maintenance and management personnel, thus increasing the unnecessary air leakage and worsening the operating conditions of the bag filter. Add raw material storage shed. The water content of various raw materials, fuels and mixtures in cement production is different. If they are placed in a fixed shed to prevent rain, the water content of materials can be greatly reduced, which is a measure to reduce the water content of materials.

Heat preservation and rainproof measures shall be taken for dust remover, pipeline, etc. Practice has proved that good thermal insulation measures can make the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the bag filter very small, which is a measure to prevent condensation. The dusty gas shall be evenly distributed in the dust remover to prevent the condensation problem caused by the local low temperature due to the reduction of the amount of gas passing through due to eddy current at the corners.

As long as the bag is not damaged, the dust removal efficiency of the bag type dust remover will not be reduced generally. Even if the bag fiber gap becomes larger in the later period, fine dust can pass through, but the dust removal effect is still good. Generally, when the bag is used for a period of time, the dust will enter the fiber gap of the bag, which will improve the filtering effect. It's just that the permeability is reduced and the resistance is increased.
