Sealing principle of bag filter
Bag filter is a kind of pressure filter device, which is mainly composed of filter cylinder, filter cylinder cover and quick-opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcing mesh and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter shell. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing mesh basket. The liquid can penetrate through the filter bag with the required fineness grade to obtain qualified filtrate, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and there is basically no material consumption for filtration.
The oil seal of the bag filter is used to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil from the rotating shaft. It is generally made of oil-resistant rubber and has various shapes. It is often used when the speed of rotating axis is not more than 5~12m/s and the pressure is not more than 0.2MPa. There is a skeleton oil seal, which is also made of oil-resistant rubber, and a rectangular round iron ring skeleton is used as the support inside. In the free state, the inner diameter of the oil seal is smaller than the shaft diameter. After the oil seal is installed into the shaft, there is a certain radial force on the shaft even if there is no spring. The force decreases with the increase of the oil seal service time, so the spring must be added to compensate. When installing the stainless steel bag filter oil seal, make the lip stick to the shaft under the action of oil pressure, and do not install it backwards.
