For cleaning time, generally speaking, we can refer to the value of the pressure gauge installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of the filter bag, and determine the time to replace the filter bag by the pressure difference displayed on the front and rear pressure gauges. Generally, the filter bag can withstand a pressure difference of about 0.5-1 kg/cm2. When the pressure difference reaches this interval, the filter bag should be replaced in time to avoid the filter bag breaking and affecting the filtering effect.

For the filter bag cleaning process, first of all, our teachers can stop the raw water pump and close the inlet and outlet valves; Secondly, we can open the drain valve and exhaust valve, empty the filter and design the internal water storage; Finally, disassemble the filter and clean the filter bag. When cleaning, we think that as long as students put a little cleaning solution in it and soak it for more than ten minutes, the impurities in the filter bag can be removed without cleaning technology. At the same time, it should be noted that warm water system should be used to clean the data as much as possible, so as to make it cleaner.

If we want to extend the service life of the filter bag, we should pay attention to its maintenance in addition to regular cleaning during use. We should always check whether the connecting pipes are firm, whether there is leakage or damage; When replacing the filter bag, if the sewn filter bag is used, pay attention to fold the sewn edge of the filter bag and put it in, which can improve the filtering effect of the sewn filter bag. Place the filter bag, and pay attention to the match between the loop of the filter bag and the neckline of the metal inner mesh.
