Two film covering methods for filter bag of dust remover
At present, the main cause of environmental pollution is dust pollution in various industries. If we do not address these pollution conditions, the pollution situation in China will become worse and worse. For this reason, the environmental protection industry has also stepped up efforts to control these pollution sources. Dust collectors must be used in every industry. In the use of dust collectors in various factories, people do not know that the filter bags of dust collectors are also very important.
Each operating condition is different. In some filter bags, the filter bag will be covered with film. The greatest advantage of membrane filter bag is to realize surface filtration. The principle is to retain the dust on the surface of the filter bag through the smooth microporous expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, instead of forming a dust layer inside the filter material, so as to achieve real surface filtration. Moreover, due to the smooth and hydrophobic characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene, the dust is not easy to adhere and the dust removal effect is very good. It also has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
There are two ways to cover the filter bag of the precipitator:
1. One is rubber compounding, which is a main compounding method. The compounding strength is low, the film is easy to peel off, and the service life is short. Due to the poor air permeability of rubber, it is not suitable for ash removal, which weakens the superior performance of PTFE;
2. The other is thermal recombination, which is the most advanced recombination method. It can completely maintain the excellent performance of polytetrafluoroethylene, but has strict requirements for the thermal composite process. The filter material of the membrane covered filter bag is made by covering a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene membrane on the surface of woven filter material or non-woven filter material. The purpose of film covering is to form surface filtration, so that only the gas passes through the filter material, leaving the dust contained in the gas on the filter material surface. The filter bag of the dust remover can effectively filter by establishing a dust layer on the surface of the filter material. Effective filtration takes a long time to establish, with large resistance and low efficiency. Incomplete closing, large loss, high back blowing pressure of filter, frequent dust cleaning, high energy consumption, short service life and large equipment area. When the filter cloth covered with film is used, the dust cannot penetrate into the filter material, but is filtered on the surface. Coarse dust and fine dust are deposited on the surface of the filter material, that is, the pore diameter of the membrane itself intercepts the filter material. There is no initial filtering cycle, and the filter is effective at the beginning, with the effective filtering time approaching 100%.
