1、 Filter material

1. Through filtration, the resistance shall meet the performance requirements of similar filter materials in the standard.

2. The tensile strength shall be determined by the method specified in GB/T435.

Filter paper for filter with partition: longitudinal ≥ 0.3KN/M, transverse ≥ 0.2KN/M

Filter paper used for filter without partition: longitudinal ≥ 0.7KN/m, transverse ≥ 0.5KN/m

3. The thickness shall be measured according to the method specified in GB/T 451.3. The filter material shall not exceed 0.40mm and shall be uniform. The surface shall be free of cracks, scratches, color spots, etc.

2、 Border

The material used to make the frame shall have a certain strength and stiffness. The thickness of materials shall be selected according to the material and side length to meet the requirements of frame strength and stiffness. When the following materials are used, they shall comply with relevant standards, and corresponding anti rust or anti-corrosion measures shall be taken as required.

1. The thickness of cold rolled steel plate shall be 1. 0 mm-2 mm. After forming and welding, zinc coating, plastic spraying or other rust prevention measures shall be taken. Materials shall comply with GB/T 912

2. The thickness of aluminum alloy plate should be 1.5 mm-2 mm. Materials shall comply with GB/T 3880. I and GB/T 3880. 2.

3. The thickness of wood board and plywood shall be 1.5 mrn-20 mm. The corresponding anti-corrosion treatment such as painting shall be carried out according to the user's requirements. Materials shall comply with GB/T 5849 and GB/T 984fi 3. The thickness of stainless steel plate shall be 1.0 mm － 2 mm. Materials shall comply with GB/T 3280.

3、 Divider

The partition plate with partition filter can be aluminum foil, plastic plate, offset printing paper, etc; The separator without partition filter can be hot-melt adhesive, glass fiber paper strip, flame retardant wire, etc. The materials used for separator of high efficiency and ultra-high efficiency filters shall meet the requirements.

1. The aluminum foil shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3198.

2. When the paper partition is used, the paper partition with the surface dipped with glue or 120 can be used.

3. When plastic partition is used, the temperature resistance shall not be less than 500.

4： Adhesives and Sealants

The adhesive is used for splicing and repairing the filter material and bonding the sealing gasket to the frame. Its shear strength and tensile strength shall be higher than that of the filter material. The sealant is used to seal the filter element and the frame. It should be able to solidify under normal temperature and pressure, and ensure that the filter will not crack, degumm and be elastic when operating under 10 times the initial resistance. The fire resistance of the adhesive and sealant should meet the performance requirements of similar filters. When the customer has special requirements for the gas release performance of organic substances in the filter product, the gas release performance of the adhesive and sealant shall meet the customer's requirements.

5： Gasket

1. The sealing gasket shall be made of elastic and non ageing closed hole materials;

2. The hardness of sealing gasket (tested with Shore hardness W hardness tester) is 33 ± 2, and the compression deformation is less than 60% (40% 130 ℃ 24).

3. When the customer has special requirements for the gas release performance of organic substances in the filter product, the gas release performance of the sealing gasket shall meet the customer's requirements.

VI; Fence

Stainless steel pulling plate mesh, punching plate, spot welding galvanized wire mesh, spot welding stainless steel wire mesh or plastic sprayed steel plate mesh can be used.
