What is a filter bag?

The filter bag is made of non-woven needle felt, which is used inside the dust remover to filter dust. However, different shapes and properties of the dust and the use environment determine different fabrics. The fabrics have high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and prevention of condensation. The bag of dust remover is the core accessory responsible for filtering dust in the equipment. The shape of cloth used varies according to the use environment.

At present, the circle is the most common in use, which is generally used for pulse bag filter and PL single machine, pulse, MC, long pulse, etc. The other is in flat shape, which is generally used in ZC mechanical rotary reverse blowing dust removal equipment and flat bag dust collector. With the increase of filtering time, more and more dust is attached to the inner surface of the bag, and the resistance also increases or rises, which will affect the dust removal effect. After pulse, mechanical vibration, back blowing and other dust removal methods, the dust will fall from the bag surface to the ash hopper or ash bin.

Classification of dust removal filter bags according to temperature materials

1、 Normal temperature filter bag:

The normal temperature filter bag is mainly made of polyester, polypropylene, acrylic and other fibers through non-woven and textile processes, with good permeability, smooth surface, good dimensional stability, easy to peel dust and other excellent properties. It is mainly used for dust removal and normal temperature flue gas treatment in industries with dust pollution in general industrial enterprises;

2、 Medium temperature filter bag:

With the increasing attention paid by the state to environmental protection, especially the rapid development of bag type dust removal technology industry in recent years, China has begun to use imported synthetic fibers to develop high-performance filter materials that can adapt to relatively harsh working conditions and have an ultra long service life. At present, the common medium temperature filter materials include aramid fiber and PPS series fiber, which are treated by dipping, waterproof, oil proof and anti-corrosion processes to achieve ideal results;

3、 High temperature filter bag:

The high temperature filter bag is mainly made of P84, expanded glass fiber, ultra-fine glass fiber and other high temperature resistant fibers through textile and non-woven processes. It has the characteristics of good thermal stability, high filtration efficiency and long service life. It is mainly used for dust removal under various high-temperature flue gas conditions.

Antistatic treatment

Some dust will burn when encountering sparks under specific concentration. Therefore, needle felt filter material with anti-static treatment should be selected for flammable and explosive dust. Antistatic filter material means that conductive fibers (including binary conductive fibers, graphite conductive fibers and stainless steel conductive fibers) are mixed into the filter material fibers to make the entire filter material conductive

Waterproof and oil proof treatment

We adopt oil proof and waterproof treatment of carbon fluorine resin and PTFE impregnation treatment for needle felt filter material, which is easier to capture dust on the surface of wet dust containing gas (especially water absorbing and deliquescent dust) filter bag, to avoid and reduce the occurrence of bag pasting.

Easy to clean

The needle felt filter material with patent technology is dense and breathable, has good dust removal performance, and can work for a long time under high filtering wind speed.

Peritoneal treatment

When the particle size of the dust is less than 1 μ m, or the dust has great viscosity, or the gas containing humidity is large, the ordinary filter material cannot effectively filter. The membrane covered filter material with polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) as the raw material has high filtering accuracy, smooth surface, no dust adhesion, easy dust removal and no penetration into the filter material to achieve surface filtration.
