Glass fiber high temperature filter bag is used in copper smelting flue gas acid purification process of a equipment, it is working under high temperature conditions of 200 to 300℃, and by acid smoke corrosion, therefore, the filter bag material problem will directly affect the normal production of sulfuric acid.
Glass fiber high temperature filter bag is made of alkali free glass fiber 80N 82 yarn as the base material, impregnated by graphite polytetrafluoron treatment solution and interwoven. The fabric structure is 5/2 weft satin weft double tubular structure.
