The dust collection efficiency of the dust removal bag is reduced after the dust removal. It can be seen that the dust layer on the surface of the bag filter is the main dust collector, which is usually called the secondary filter layer, while the bag filter only supports the dust layer. Therefore, the intensity of dust removal should be appropriate, and a certain thickness of dust layer should be retained to avoid the reduction of dust removal efficiency.
(2) Influence of dust particle size on dust removal efficiency of bag filter
Bag-type dust collector: 0.2-0.4 μ The particle size of m, the dust collection efficiency of the ordinary filter bag is the lowest under the three working conditions, because the dust particles in this range are in the working principle of the bag filter
The lower limit of “interception” and “diffusion” is 0.2-0.4 μ The dust within the range of m is the most difficult to capture.
