How to choose a self-cleaning filter? There are usually two types of selection skills, according to the cleaning method or use needs to choose, take a look at it.

Type selection according to cleaning method. Self-cleaning filters can be divided into the following four types according to the cleaning method, which are multi-column self-cleaning filters, brush self-cleaning filters, sucking self-cleaning filters,backwashing filters, etc.

Selection according to the requirements of use. The self-cleaning filter can be obtained from three aspects: the requirements of the filter equipment components, the size of the required filtration amount, and the actual filtration degree of production.

First, select according to the cleaning method

1, multi-column self-cleaning filter. The multi-column self-cleaning filter generally uses a coarse filter screen to filter larger particles of impurities, while forming a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the fine filter screen, and starting the process system for automatic cleaning. This kind of filtration treatment equipment is generally mainly used to filter water float, fine particles and so on.

2, brush type self-cleaning filter. Brush type self-cleaning filter can be designed according to different working conditions of the corresponding pipe interface. Brush type self-cleaning filter adopts PLC control system to realize automatic treatment of cleaning sewage and uninterrupted water supply in the process of sewage cleaning.

3, sucking self-cleaning filter. Sucking automatic cleaning filter does not need manual help, is a kind of intelligent filtration equipment, can directly complete the filtration, cleaning, discharge three different processes. The sucking automatic cleaning filter adopts mesh filter and can be cleaned intelligently.

4, backwash filter. Backwash filter is a kind of intelligent control filter equipment. Backwash filter can be forward filtration, reverse backwash, can deal with unstable water quality fluctuations, can be used for sludge, microfiltration and other difficult to filter pollutants.

Second, according to the use of demand selection

1, combined with equipment component requirements. Because of the wide range of industries that require filtration, we must not only consider the material conditions, but also understand whether the filter is corrosive.

For example, the paper industry, they are very corrosive, so you need to choose stainless steel components for filtration. If the filter is not very corrosive, other materials can be used when selecting equipment components.

2, combined with the required size of filtered water. Different self-cleaning filters have different pipe diameters, and the amount of filtered water that can be satisfied by self-cleaning filters is affected by many factors such as filter flow range, equipment diameter and field pipeline conditions.

In order to avoid losses, filter equipment of the corresponding caliber can be selected according to the filtered water volume. The amount of water to be filtered is proportional to the size of the equipment. The greater the amount of water filtered, the larger the calibre of the equipment required.

3, combined with the actual production of filtration degree. It is understood that in practical applications, different models of self-cleaning filtration equipment can achieve different filtration accuracy, which is also a problem that needs attention when selecting parts.
