Filter bag is a common filter material, widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields. Its function is to filter out impurities, particles, and other substances in liquid or gas to achieve a certain purity and cleanliness. Filter bag materials include: nylon, polypropylene, polyester, stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. The size can be divided according to the filter: bag 2, bag 1, bag 5, bag 4, and bag 3 (from large to small).
Nylon mesh (NMO): Nylon mesh, also known as nylon mesh, nylon mesh, and nylon mesh, is made of nylon 6 (PA6) monofilament woven in plain weave on a flexible rapier loom, dyed (if required), and heat set. It is made of chemical synthetic fibers and belongs to the polyamide system. Nylon wire mesh has high strength, good abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and elasticity. Due to uniform wire diameter and smooth surface, the ink also has good passability. The disadvantage is that the nylon mesh has a large tensile property. During a period of time after stretching the screen, the tension of the screen decreases, causing the screen printing plate to relax and the accuracy to decrease. Therefore, it is not suitable for printing circuit boards with high dimensional accuracy requirements.
Stainless steel metal mesh: surface filtration, with low flow resistance. The weaving methods used for filter materials include: interwoven type, twill type, and linen type. The metal mesh filter material is suitable for oil suction filters in hydraulic and lubrication systems, or for coarse filtration of high-speed fluids, or for filtration of coolant.
Polypropylene fiber (polypropylene, PP): Polypropylene has good wear resistance and high elastic recovery rate, and is an excellent thermoplastic fiber. Polypropylene felt is often used in low-temperature pulse filter bags in smelting plants and chemical plants. Polypropylene precision range: 0.1-500 microns, up to 94 degrees Celsius.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene): Polytetrafluoroethylene is a neutral polymer compound with symmetrical structure. Its structure makes it have good thermal stability, chemical stability, insulation, lubrication, water resistance, etc. High temperature resistance, can be used continuously at 260 ℃ (high temperature, temperature up to 280 ℃) for a long time; good chemical stability, corrosion resistance; good self-lubrication, low coefficient of friction, low filtration wear; PTFE membrane has low surface tension, good non adhesion and water repellency.
Polyester fiber (polyester, PE): Ultra polyester fiber has good performance at room temperature, and is the main filter material in bag filters. Can withstand an operating temperature of 130 ℃ under dry conditions; Working continuously above 130 ℃ will harden; Fading; Brittle, temperature will also weaken its strength. Precision range: 1-300 microns.
As long as it is suitable for filtering needs, it is the best material.
