Efficiency test for non-woven bag air filter- colorimetric method:
Test principle: Sampling before and after the non-woven bag air filter, the dusty air passes through the filter paper, the polluted filter paper is irradiated under the light source, and then the phototube colorimeter (photoelectric densitometer) is used to measure the transmittance of the filter paper before and after the filter. Under the conditions of the composition, size and distribution of the dust, the optical density is proportional to the amount of dust, and the filter efficiency is calculated. This method is mainly for dust with particle size ≥1μm.
