The installation process of the candle filter

The installation procedure for the candle filter is as follows

First of all, connect the pipe according to the drawing, connect the corresponding feed port, discharge port, positive wash port, reverse wash port, positive mouthpiece and reverse mouthpiece. (Positive blowing, reverse blowing needs to provide the equivalent of 0.2 cubic meters of air produced by the air compressor per minute).

Pre-coating cycle process:

open the raw liquid feed pump, through the "into the pre-coating pipeline" into the pre-coating tank, add an appropriate amount of diatomaceous earth in the pre-coating tank for full mixing. Open precoat pump, precoat valve, return pipe valve, close discharge, forward blow, reverse blow valve. (The above operation is automatically controlled by plc) pre-coating cycle. Through the sight glass viewing effect to achieve the ideal requirements. At this point the pre-coating cycle ends.

Filtration process:

close the pre-coating pump, pre-coating, return valve, open the feed pump, feed, discharge valve. Normal filtration, when the pressure gauge reaches the rated value (default 0.5-0.6mpa), or the time reaches the predetermined time. The filtration process ends (the above operation is automatically controlled by plc).

Cleaning process:

close the feed pump and feed valve. Open the positive blowing valve (so that the liquid in the cylinder to complete the normal elimination), open the reverse blowing valve after the completion of the positive blowing, open the blowdown valve (solid will be removed), close the blowdown valve after the solid fall off, open the positive washing pump to enter the positive washing process. (Time 5-10 minutes depending on the situation) After washing, the liquid is discharged through the discharge port. Open the backwash valve for backwash process (2-3 minutes depending on the situation). The backwash liquid is discharged through the sewage outlet.

At the end of the backwash, the entire cleaning process is completely over and enters the next working cycle.
