  1. PE material, also known as polyester, is a thermoplastic resin made of ethylene by polymerization Low pressure polyethylene is used as raw material to spin synthetic fiber.   1. PP material, also known as polypropylene, is a non-toxic and tasteless milky white high crystalline polymer. The water quality is stable. Polypropylene has high crystallinity and regular structure, and its strength, hardness and elasticity are higher than those of PE. In addition, polypropylene also has good heat resistance. The melting point is 164-170 ℃, and the products can be sterilized at a temperature above 100 ℃. It will not deform at 150 ℃ without external force. Stable chemical performance and excellent anti-corrosion effect but it cannot be eroded by concentrated acid and alkali. Like PE, PP has excellent insulation performance. Because it hardly absorbs water, its insulation performance is not affected by humidity and has high dielectric coefficient.


  1. Nylon material. Nylon material is a white nylon net made of monofilament or nylon monofilament. Its absolute accuracy ranges from 20 to 500 mesh. Nylon material has high acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, long service life and can be cleaned repeatedly. The maximum withstand temperature is 160 ℃, and the comprehensive application effect is good. The filtering effect is very good for ink and so on.


  1. PTFE material, PTFE is also called polytetrafluoroethylene, which is called non stick coating and easy to clean material. This is mainly because this material has acid and alkali resistance and is almost insoluble in all organic solvents. The working temperature of polytetrafluoroethylene is up to 250 ℃. Good mechanical toughness and good elongation at very low temperature. For most chemicals and solvents used in industry, they are inert, resistant to strong acids and bases, and will not be easily mixed in water and various organic solvents.


  1. Stainless steel metal mesh is made of 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel. The service temperature of 304 stainless steel is 196 ℃ – 500 ℃. 304 stainless steel is easy to rust and needs to be kept clean and dry. 316L stainless steel is characterized by excellent corrosion resistance and excellent creep resistance. 316L stainless steel can also resist the erosion of industrial atmosphere and ocean. It can be used continuously below 700 degrees and intermittently below 1600 degrees.
