What are the differences between industrial HEPA high-efficiency filters and processes with separators?

October 09,2023

High efficiency filters can be roughly divided into two categories:high efficiency filters with partitions and high efficiency filters without partitions. If further subdivided, high efficiency filters with partitions can be further divided into: high efficiency filters with partitions, high temperature resistant high efficiency filters. High efficiency filters without partitions can also be further divided into:combined high efficiency filters, high efficiency filters without partitions, ultra-low resistance high efficiency filters without partitions, etc.

The industrial HEPA high-efficiency filter uses hot melt adhesive instead of aluminum foil with a partition filter to separate the filter material, while the partition high-efficiency filter uses ultrafine fibers as the filter material, offset paper, and aluminum foil as the partition plate, and is bonded with wooden or aluminum alloy frames. The high-efficiency air filter, which we often talk about, has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, large air volume, and large dust capacity.

We all know that filters are primary efficiency filters, medium efficiency filters, and high-efficiency filters.

Based on the name of the filter, we can easily determine that they play different roles in filtering impurities. Efficiency has always been our pursuit, and we also choose good materials to create high-efficiency air filters.
