What are the types of automatic backwash filter housing?

July 02,2022

According to different sources of backwashing solution, there are two forms of backwashing:

–  Endogenous backwashing filter housing

Make full use of the reverse engineering fluidity of the leachate of other filter unit modules to clean the sludge on the outer surface of the filter unit. During backwashing, the intelligent controller changes a group of pneumatic valves of the filter unit module to be backwashed, that is, the valve that cuts off its inlet, and then opens the drain valve. Other filter unit modules reverse engineer the fluidity of a small part of the filtered solution to backwash the filter unit module. After the sludge on the surface of the filter element is completely removed in a short time, the residual liquid flows into the sewage collection and drainage pipeline, then close the drainage valve, open the inlet valve, and return to the filtration mode. After the intelligent controller backwashes the filter unit modules one by one, all backwashing processes are completed. When one of the filter unit modules is backwashed, the others are still in the normal filtration mode. This backwashing form is generally used for non-precious solutions with low viscosity and excessive back flushing pressure (i.e. the system pressure is greater than 0.4MPa, and the viscosity is rich in – constant difference).Automatic backwash filters housing manufacture SFFILTECH.

– External backwashing filter housing

Make full use of the clean fluid mechanics (solution or gas) connected to the external structure to assist in cleaning the sludge on the surface of the filter element. During backwashing, the intelligent controller cut off one of the inlet and outlet pneumatic valves of the filter unit module, and then opens the valve at the inlet of the auxiliary backwash hydrodynamics to supply a certain amount of hydrodynamics. When the backwash pressure reaches the inlet pressure of the backwash hydrodynamics, the drain valve is opened for a short time, a hydraulic (pneumatic) pressure pulse occurs, and the sludge on the filter element surface is completely removed in a short time. Then close the back flushing fluid inlet valve, close the drain valve, open the inlet valve of the article, open the outlet valve, and then return to the filtration mode. After the intelligent controller backwashes the filter unit modules one by one, all the backwashing processes are completed. When one of the filter unit modules is backwashed, the others are still in the normal filtration mode. This backwashing form is generally used for occasions with slightly high viscosity or precious solution, requiring excessive backwash pressure or low system pressure (less than 0.4MPa, depending on the viscosity, there is a certain difference).
