We choose PTFE fiber as the base cloth, and the ratio of PPS Polyphenylene sulfide fiber and PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene fiber for the needle punched surface is generally 5:5. If there are other requirements, we can customize the composition and proportion of the textile filter material according to their requirements. The cloth bag produced has more stable performance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The inner base cloth uses pure PTFE base cloth, which has good toughness and corrosion resistance.
PPS+PTFE blended needle felt filter bag is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and can be applied in the boiler industry. It is a high-temperature dust removal cloth bag that can withstand a high temperature of 180 ℃ and an instantaneous high temperature of 200 ℃ under continuous working conditions.
Due to the poor antioxidant performance of PPS, when the oxygen content reaches 12%, the operating temperature should be less than 140 ℃, otherwise PPS will rapidly degrade due to oxidation. Adding PTFE fibers can effectively compensate for these shortcomings. PTFE fibers have superior properties such as non flammability, resistance to strong acids and alkalis, resistance to strong corrosive reagents or solvents, non aging, non oxidation, high and low temperature resistance, etc.

It is worth noting that the operating conditions are very important for selecting a suitable cloth bag. Pay attention to whether air leakage such as the air inlet causes oxygen to enter the equipment. Excessive oxygen content can accelerate the oxidation of the cloth bag and reduce the service life of the filter bag.
