The micro dust filtered by the ultra high efficiency air filter has a small diameter, which may be solid or liquid. As we all know, there are not only oxygen, carbon dioxide and other gases in the air, but also a large number of microorganisms. Themain purpose of ultra high efficiency air filteris to filter these microorganisms. Viruses, bacteria and protozoa are attached to dust particles. Therefore, as long as the dust in the air is effectively filtered, the purpose of filtering microorganisms can be achieved. However, it is not easy to do this. The purpose can be achieved through glass fiber filter material.

 

To filter the air, we should adopt the method of filtration and separation to form a closed space in the working environment. The air is sent into the closed environment through the air conditioner. Since the air outlet of the air conditioner is the only air source, we can ensure the cleanliness of the air in the space as long as we filter the air sent by the air outlet. The diameter of glass fiber filter material is very small, which can ensure air circulation and effectively filter out dust particles in the air.

 

The ultra-high efficiency air filter is connected with the air outlet of the air conditioner. After the air compressor of the air conditioner works, the air in the atmosphere is sucked into the pipeline due to the change of pressure, and then enters the ultra-high efficiency air filter through the pipeline. After entering the ultra-high efficiency air filter, the air first passes through the filter barrel, and the dust is blocked by the filter material. At the same time, more and more dust will form a dust film on the surface of the filter material under the filtration of the filter material. When the dust film is formed, the gap of the filter material becomes smaller, which can play a better filtering effect and increase the flow resistance of the air. When the amount of dust on the surface of the dust film reaches a certain level, the ultra-high efficiency air filter will receive the instruction to turn on the cleaning function, release the compressed air instantly, blow the compressed air to the filter material through the nozzle, blow off the dust film on the surface of the filter material, and the resistance will be reduced. When the resistance is reduced to enough, the ultra high efficiency air filter sends a command to the control system again, the cleaning function is turned off, and the dust will form a dust film on the aluminum surface again. This process will be circulated all the time in the ultra high efficiency air filter.
