If the filter bags are not packed well and damage during the shippment, no worry warranty.
If the spare parts, due to packing and transporting problems, cannot work properly, are secured;
We will offer clearly direction for how to choose the right filter bag size and make sure it can work well in your bag house,
Within the warranty period, whether to buy or replace, we bear the freight. After the warranty period, we will not bear the freight.

2. Free replacement of new filter bag
Our filter bag’ quality is 100% guaranteed, and if as our reason for not choosing right filter bag, then we will take responsibility to replace all filter bags free of charge within one year warranty.
