Material of Acrylic filter bag

Acrylic needle punched felt filter bag, chemical name is acrylonitrile, which is used as raw material to produce felt by needle punching method. Bag filter in stone plant is a kind of round shell type dust collector with large air volume, good ash cleaning effect, high dust removal efficiency, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and small floor area.
1. The dust collector in quarry consists of upper box, middle box, ash hopper, support, filter bag assembly, anti blowing and cleaning mechanism, ash discharge valve, etc.
2. Dust collection and filtration system: mainly composed of filter bag, bag cage, flower board assembly, ash hopper and tangential air inlet system.
3. Ash cleaning and ash discharging system: high pressure fan, rotary reverse blowing pipe, deceleration motor.

Working principle of mine vibrating screen dust collector:
A large amount of dust is generated during the work of vibrating screen. When the vibrating screen dust remover starts to work, the centrifugal fan of the dust remover forms a negative pressure area at the dust overflow place, and the dust containing gas is inhaled into the dust collector. There are several filter bags in the dust collector. When the dust containing gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is blocked and separated, and the purified gas is discharged through the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases and the cutter resistance value reaches the predetermined value, the pressure sensor sends the indicator signal to the electric control box. The pulse blowing system controlled by PLC automatically sprays the filter bag automatically, and the dust attached to the filter bag is shaken off, and the sealed ash discharge pipe directly reaches the belt. That is, the filter bag is always kept good filtration performance, and no secondary dust is generated. According to the work of vibrating screen and the actual situation on site, the design and installation of dust removal device are carried out, and the problems such as overhaul and screen changing of vibrating screen are fully considered.
