Technology sharing: the difference between non woven filter bag and nylon filter bag

Because, in view of the current market, the most commonly used liquid filter bags are non-woven filter bags and nylon filter bags. The non-woven filter bag is a kind of liquid filter bag. The main material is the special liquid filter material which is made in foreign countries with the highest standard in the same industry or produced by the same manufacturer in a wholly-owned factory in China. Non woven fabric (English Name: non woven fabric or non woven cloth) is a new generation of environmental protection materials, which is composed of directional or random fibers. It has the characteristics of moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light weight, non combustion supporting, easy decomposition, non-toxic and non irritating, rich color, low price, recyclable and so on. For example, polypropylene (PP material) pellets are used as raw materials, which are produced by continuous one-step process of high-temperature melting, spinning, laying, hot pressing and coiling. It is called cloth because of its appearance and some properties. As we all know, PE (polyester / polyethylene), Po (polyolefin), PP (polypropylene) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) are the most widely used non-woven fabrics in the market.





Nylon filter bag is made of high-strength nylon woven mesh sewing, and adopts unique edge wrapping technology to prevent needle hole leakage to the greatest extent. Impurities larger than their own mesh in filtration are directly intercepted on the material surface; particles with diameter less than mesh enter downstream through mesh. Therefore, nylon monofilament filter bag realizes surface filtration, and smooth surface is also convenient It can be cleaned and reused. As for the explanation of nylon (NMO), nylon is a kind of polyamide fiber (nylon), which can be made into long or short fibers.

Because of the same properties of PP and Po, we usually call them polypropylene (PO / PP). According to the different stability, the market price of filter bags made of different materials will fluctuate. Among them, polytetrafluoroethylene has the highest stability, so its market price will be relatively high. It is generally used in the production process with very strict production process requirements, such as medicine, beverage and other industries. According to the different production process, the price will also have a deviation, each enterprise can choose the corresponding material filter bag according to their own production environment, working conditions, etc.

As for the size of filter bag, the national standards are four in Table 3, but the specific size is closely related to the size of each manufacturer's filter. The filter bag and the filter's reinforcing mesh are integrated. If the size is too large or too small, it will affect the filtration efficiency and increase the filtration pressure difference, which has a great impact on both the product quality and the service life of the filter or the filter bag This greatly increases the risk of cost budget increase. Because the domestic filter manufacturers are large and small, and there is no unified specification and standard for this country to supervise, there is no unified system for both the size and the product label, except that some large manufacturers will have a common standard in the industry.
