If the number of injection filter bag is too high at this time, the fabric of the filter bag will be easily loose, which will make the filter bag of the dust collector easy to be damaged.

When setting the pulse injection cycle of the dust collector, it is better to ensure that the dust collector works under a stable pressure and the set pulse injection cycle time is long. The pulse cleaning time is better to ensure that the initial dust does not fall off and the set injection time is short. If the initial dust layer is insufficient, the injection cycle can be extended. If the differential pressure control is used, the inlet pressure of the dust collector can be improved Stability of outlet pressure setting.



2. Wear

The solution: adjust the exhaust gas flow of the dust collector. When the expected flow changes greatly, the flow automatic control system can be increased to ensure that the dust collector works at a stable gas flow.

The uneven distribution of the air inlet of the dust collector makes it easy for the high content of dust-containing waste gas to directly impact the local filter bags, and it is easy to make part of the filter bags at the inlet of the waste gas perforated and the service cycle too short. The solution is to install the air inlet distribution guide plate at the air inlet duct of the dust collector, or replace the filter bags at the frequently worn parts with wear-resistant filter bags.

If the distance between the filter bags is too small and the keel is bent, it is easy to cause abrasion between the filter bags. For example, the abrasion between the glass fibers is very sensitive. The filter bags should be adjusted and installed firmly and the bent keel should be replaced.
